Below is a list of specialist services we plan to provide, each being consultant-led with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals delivering a mix of day and evening clinics to accommodate patients’ needs with a minimum service delivery of 10,000 patients per year in each specialty.
Cardiology |
A digital service to identify cardiovascular risk factors, such as providing screening for women over 50.

Dermatology |
A community-based service accessed via referral from GP to provide assessments, diagnosis and treatment for tumours and inflammatory skin conditions.

In-house Histopathology |
Supporting a range of diagnostic work including dermatology, micrographics surgery (Mohs), gynaecology and urology. We realise that many outpatient activities would generate a great deal of diagnostic samples for which there is no capacity in the local NHS labs and therefore we ensure that all these services are end-to-end integrating them with our in-house histopathology service.

Diabetes |
Treatment and diagnosis, including early diagnosis of T1D.

Biomechanics |
Early identification and treatment of MSK problems, especially on lower limbs to reduce complex intervention at a later date; rehabilitation following surgery to improve restitution of function and to allow patients to regain independence.

ENT |
Treatment for ear infections, vertigo and balance problems, hearing loss and swallowing issues.

Oral and Maxillofacial |
Diagnosis and treatment of small head and neck lesions.

Ophthalmology |
Assessment, treatment and follow up of conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration.

Respiratory Medicine |
Support respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD providing long-term management and preventing hospital admissions.

Gynaecology |
For patients over 16 years to provide a range of interventions for first and follow-up appointments and to eradicate waiting lists for post-menopausal bleeding.

Urology |
Screening for prostate cancer using new non-invasive technology; providing diagnostic service for transperineal template biopsy of prostate; using frozen sections to guide radical nerve-sparing prostatectomy.

Gastroenterology |
Using advanced laboratory methodology such as FIT and circulating tumour DNA to triage patients at high risk of malignancy; using similar technology to reduce the investigations of malabsorption and intolerance.

Pharmacist Services |
Outreach to pharmacists in the local and rural community to create bespoke hubs to bring services together; 24h pharmacy and automatic dispensing and collection of repeating prescriptions.

Provide digital solutions for more personalised and responsive care.
